 Daily Thoughts:

Our mind is like a Television that plays ads like things all the time. It can be fun, scary, fearful, or depressed things. We don't know and most people don't know what they are thinking and where they are leading with such whirling thoughts. If we don't encounter or found ourselves in such situations, we will keep on whirling. Then what would be the solution for this? Should we stay depressed, and scared all the time by thinking about our past and future life.


No buddy. There is an ample amount of peace in the present moment. Then a question arises. What is this present moment, and how we can achieve or stay on this? It sounds simple to hear but, it takes a little practice and effort to achieve. Masters or gurus say to focus on your breath, then you will be in the present moment. But, I feel that also a big and tough task for the present generations. Then what would be the simple solution for this?


Observation. Yes, sounds simple, isn't it? This is the best practice that we can suggest for the present generation of people. If you have a garden at your home, just spend a few minutes there. Start observing each plant and herb over there. If you can walk towards them, you can sense the beautiful aroma of plants and herbs in the mornings. Observe how insects and birds come and go over there, and their chirping sounds. If you are able to observe and enjoy these smaller moments, then it means you're already in the present moment.
